Shipping policy

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. During periods of high demand, such as holidays or sale seasons, processing time may be longer than usual.
We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days from the date of purchase and are shipped the day after they are processed. We do not ship on weekends.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to change your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, no changes can be made.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. After that, delivery time will depend on your location.
Due to exceptional situations such as COVID-19, floods (DANA), or any similar event, orders may experience additional delays to ensuremaximum safety. The estimated delivery times by destination are as follows:
– Europe: 7 to 14 business days
– United States: 7 to 15 business days
– Canada: 7 to 16 business days
– Central America: 10 to 25 business days
– Australia / New Zealand: 10 to 26 business days
– Other countries: 11 to 30 business days
In exceptional cases, an order may take longer than usual, reaching up to 40 business days for delivery.
