 Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.

For a return to be accepted, the order must meet the following conditions:

1. The order must contain all of its original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when it was received.

2. The product must show only normal use. Items damaged by misuse or careless handling will not be accepted.

3. Products for which hygiene is an important factor must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

4.The product must have been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.We reserve the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs.

5.The return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, it will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our store.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to start the return process:

Please make sure the email includes the following information:

Order number

Reason for the return request

A photograph of the product in case of breakage or defect

Customer's first and last name

Customer's full address

Once we have received your request, we will contact you to provide the correct return address.

 Never send the return to the sender; the correct address will be provided after your request. The customer is responsiblefor the return shipping costs of the product.

The consumer has the right to withdraw in accordance with the following provision, provided that they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.

Cancellation Terms

Right of cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party authorised by you other than the carrier, received or took possession of the goods.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. For this reason, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process before delivery, and cancellations are not accepted once theorder has been shipped.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at ONDRIELLE by means of a clear statement, for example by email, expressing your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The revocation will be considered complete once we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.

Note on shipments in transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur over which we have no control. If the products are already on their way to you, cancellation will not be possible. In this case, you must wait to receive the goods and then proceed with the return.

You may inform us in advance of your cancellation. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from the customer, with the exception of delivery costs and any additional costs arising from your choice of a shipping method other than the cheapest standard method offered by us.

The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of the withdrawal and the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will additional charges be applied for such a refund.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
